General Policy

  1. No Returns for Change of Mind:

    • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased unless the product is damaged or defective.
  2. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Returns are only accepted for:
      • Items damaged during delivery.
      • Items with manufacturing defects.
    • Claims must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

Return Process

    • Your order number.
    • Pictures or videos clearly showing the defect or damage.
  2. After reviewing your claim, we will guide you through the return process.


Refund Policy

  1. Refund Options:

    • Replacement: A replacement will be sent for eligible items, subject to availability.
    • Cash Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, the refund will be made through bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.
  2. Timeframe:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the returned item is received and verified.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products in the Preloved Imports and Exclusive Imports collections are rare and sold as-is. These items are not eligible for return or refund unless significantly damaged during delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs will only be reimbursed for items proven to be damaged or defective.
