Shipping & Delivery (UAE)

Processing & Working Days

Orders ship from Pakistan within 1 working day.

Working days: Monday–Friday (no dispatch on Sat/Sun or public holidays).

A tracking link is sent by SMS/email after handover to the carrier.

 

UAE Shipping Options & Rates

Economy Shipping — AED 29 — 12-15 working days

Carrier: Pakistan Post → handed to partner carrier in the UAE and then deliver to the customer address

Standard Shipping — AED 90 — 3–7 working days

Carrier: Leopard / TCS   direct deliver to the customer address

 

Customs, VAT & Duties (UAE)

DAP (Delivered at Place): UAE Customs may collect 5% VAT and any applicable duties on delivery.

These government charges are paid to the courier. If charges are refused and the parcel returns to us, return shipping may be deducted from any refund.

 

Address & Delivery

Please provide a complete address, building/apartment, and an active phone number. Couriers may call before delivery.

If delivery attempts fail or the address is incomplete, re-delivery fees may apply.

Cash on Delivery (COD) isn’t available for UAE cross-border orders.

 

Tracking

Tracking updates can take 24-48 hours after we hand over your parcel.

Use the link/Tracking number  in your email/SMS to follow your shipment.

 

Damaged / Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is not received, contact us within 48 hours of the stated delivery time with your order number and photos (if applicable).

 

Returns (UAE)

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

For cross-border returns, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty).

Please contact us first to obtain an RMA number before sending anything back.
